Event Entry Procedure

Bowls Counties Manukau has published the Centre events for the 2021/22 season on its website. Due to the current Covid lockdown there will a delay in printing the Centre Handbook and as a consequence the Handbook will not be available before the playing season is due to commence.

This season Bowls Counties Manukau is adopting a new procedure for players wishing to enter a Centre Event. Entries will be received by way of an email to the Bowls Counties Manukau Event’s email address [see below] and the entry fee paid to the BCM bank account [see below].

Bowls Counties Manukau has appointed Ewen McIntyre as the BCM Events Manager [mob: 021 1322883] and all enquiries can be directed to him.

Event Entry Procedure:

All entries must be received by Bowls Counties Manukau no later than 14 days prior to the event commencing. All entries to be forwarded by way of an email to: bcmentries@gmail.com

Event Fees are: Singles Events $15

Pairs Events $30

Triples Events $45

Fours Events $60

To be paid to BCM Bank account: 12-3032-0276523-00.

Please include. Particulars: Surname, Reference: The event entered.

Entry costs do not include any catering costs for lunch, which may be charged by clubs.

Entries will not be accepted until the entry fee is paid.

All entries must specify the event that is being entered along with the Team members’ names, Bowling Club and a contact mobile number. By entering the event all the named entrants agree to abide by the conditions contained in the Bowls Counties Manukau 2010 Inc. Regulation 6, any further “Conditions of Play” set down by the Events Committee and any decisions made by Bowls Counties Manukau 2010 Inc.

All entries and payments will be acknowledged by email.

The sending of an email notifying the details of an entry will be regarded as completing an “entry form”, as per Bowls Counties Manukau 2010 Inc. Regulation 6.

For all Champion of Champions Events, entries must be entered by the Club Secretary.

Note:

i. Only full playing members of member clubs or clubs affiliated to Bowls NZ will be eligible to enter BCM events.

ii. Entries may be lodged by the Club Secretary or directly by the Team.
